Crossett School District's Theme for February is "Spark the Heart/Kindness." Teachers and students have been challenged to seek opportunities to affirm and celebrate one another. Mrs. Wolcott's 2nd grade class is intentionally focusing on kindness as a part of keeping their Social Contract a living document in their room this month. Students write on a link an affirmation of someone who shows kindness and then add it to the chain. Their goal is to make it around the room by the end of the month. We know they can do it!

Thank you to our bus drivers and maintenance workers and staff who rise early in the mornings to prepare and fully inspect the buses for our children. And on these very cold mornings, they are awake even earlier to warm up the buses before transporting our students.
